A method for the subtotal proximal resection of the stomach in the setting of the acute bleeding of malignant tumor in the cardial division of the stomach comprises the duodenal mobilization with the head of pancreas according to Kocher technique, the mobilization of bursa omentum, the left lobe of the liver, the gastrolienal ligament, the lesser curvature of the stomach; the dissection of the stomach, the mobilization and the dissection of the esophagus, and lymphodissection. All the stages of the mobilization of the stomach are performed with the aid of welding electric coagulator EK-300M1 with the specialized bipolar electrosurgical instrument. The mass of the tissue is pressed with the electrodes of the instrument and the welding high-frequency current is switched on. Upon the cycle of the program is completed and the power supply is switched off, the tissue is released and cut in bloodless mode. |
