A three-phase asynchronous motor emergency operation protection device includes a power control unit of the motor, light and audio warning and a digital data display, a power unit, a controlling subsystem comprising a detecting temperature element, an amplifier, a voltage (supplying from a temperature converter) comparison unit, a transducer voltage stabilizer, a set of current transducers. Additionally, the controlling subsystem incorporates a unit for control and measurement of phase voltage, which comprises a network filter, input of which is connected to phase voltage of the three-phase asynchronous motor, output - to a voltage divider, the voltage divider, input of which is connected to network filter output, output to a voltage limiter, voltage limiter input is connected to output of the voltage divider, output – to a microcontroller. The devise also incorporates the microcontroller, inputs of which are connected to subsystem output and an inputter, output- to the power control unit, light and audio alarm, the digital data display, interface block, a data insertion unit, outputs of which is connected to microcontroller inputs, output – to a computer port, a set of current transducers made on the basis of toroidal current transformers having a ferrite core, input of the said unit is connected to corresponding phase conductors which power supply the three-phase asynchronous motor, outputs –to current transducers, input of the power control unit is connected to the microcontroller, output – to a magnetic controller of the asynchronous motor. |
