Disclosed is a method for control of a device for loosening frozen material in open box cars containing a guiding frame with supporting beams, in which a vibratory module moves with a working body equipped with loosening pins, a hoisting crab and limit switches to determine limit levels of arrangement (lifting/lowering) of the vibratory module in the vertical direction. In the case the device contains a spindle (rotary) identifier of the position of vibratory module for control of the marks of the level of lifting the vibratory module in the upper and in the lower adjustable level of destruction of frozen goods by the loosening pins consisting of a frame, an axle with a thread and a nut with a hammer to press the switch, and on the frame of the position identifier limit switches are installed for signalling about position of the vibratory module, in the case the axle of position identifier is rigidly connected with the shaft of winch, and position of the vibratory module is determined by the number of revolutions of the hoist drum set in advance by a calculation method: the levels of lower position, the required intermediate level of position and upper level of vibratory module are defined using following dependencies:, where. - radius of the winch drum;h. – design upper mark of position of the loosening pin of vibratory module in working position;h- mark of lower set position of the loosening pins relative to the position of open box car bottom with required margin (15-25 cm),and control of the rope tension from the winch to the vibratory module at its lowering on the goods subject to loosening in the open box cars is performed using a frame made as a rocker on a hinge resting against the limit switch with an additional load and a unit for rolling the rope on the rocker from the hoisting winch to the vibratory module unit, at the same time for control of rope tension the rocker unit is made with possibility of displacement around the axis of the hinge under the weight of load and turning off the limit switch of electric engine of winch brake, which takes up slack of the rope by braking the winch. |
