PURPOSE: A thin plate manufacturing device and its manufacturing method are provided to improve the performance of the display test equipment by interposing a thin film and spacer between an upper and lower metal cover. CONSTITUTION: An upper metal cover(10) is formed with a metal material of thickness of 3~50mm and has 4-15 joint holes. A spacer(30) is formed with a metal material of thickness 0.03~2mm. A lower metal cover(20) is formed with a metal material of thickness of 3~50mm and has 4-15 join holes. A fastening unit(51) compresses and combines the upper metal cover and the lower metal cover.
