PURPOSE: An enforced routing method in switched network for FRU(Field Replaceable Unit) verification is provided to transmit an initiator-initiator checking message according to an initiator-to-initiator message route through a programming command. CONSTITUTION: An FRU, whose replacement is required, is replaced(805). In order that the replaced FRU is crosses by an initiator-initiator message, a routing tool constitutes a route about the initiator-to-initiator message(810). According to the constituted route, the routing tool commands a transmission initiator to send an initiator-to-initiator checking signal(815). If an indication, that shows the checking signal is normally received, is received, the routing tool verifies the replace of the FRU(825).
