PURPOSE: A one touch type portable image transmission terminal is provided to discourage the crime will of an assailant by successively operating image transmission buttons with a one touch method and to supply the portrait or personal image of the assailant as a confident clue when the crime of the assailant occurs. CONSTITUTION: A laser transmission unit(11) transmits laser. A camera unit(12) captures the portrait or personal image of an assailant. An image transmission unit(14) transmits the captured portrait or personal image of the assailant to mobile phone terminals. If image transmission buttons are successively pressed, a main processing unit(16) successively begins the operation of configuration units.
