The system for early detection of emergency situations comprises sensors (1) for registration of air conditions with fixation of normal, undesirable and dangerous indices placed in technogenic dangerous areas and connected to local concentrator server (2) of direct communication and feedback by protection channels as well as GSM communications device (3) and GPS facilities to detect a location (4) connected by means of a provider with the control center (5) of direct communication and feedback by protection channels. The system includes also a information collection module of meteorological data (6) for registration a direction of ventilation movement and wind speed, vertical atmosphere stability, air temperature and a visual verification camera (7) for visual fixation of emergency and technogenic events as well as for verification of outside person access to protected items connected to the local concentrator server of direct communication and feedback by protection channels. |
