PURPOSE: A cognitive radio communication device for performing spectrum sensing and data communication is provided to perform continuous data communication during a specific detection by independently installing a second RF chain for the property detection relating to the reception signal and the first RF signal for the data communication. CONSTITUTION: A first RF(Radio Frequency) chain(410) includes a data communication unit(412) and an energy detector(411). The data communication unit performs data communication in a used band. The energy detector detects energy for a received signal in the used band. A second RF chain(420) includes a property detector(421), and the property detector performs property detection for the reception signal in the used band.
