PURPOSE: A portable humidifier used in a general vessel is provided to enable a user to easily handle the portable humidifier by reducing overall structure. CONSTITUTION: A portable humidifier used in a general vessel comprises an ultrasonic oscillator(1), a buoy(2), a main body(3), and a switching member(4). The ultrasonic oscillator vibrates with power from the power supply unit and divides water into minute particles. The buoy floats the ultrasonic oscillator on water. The main body is composed of an upper case and a lower case. The ultrasonic oscillator is installed in the lower case. A switching member detects a water level according to the distance between the main body and the buoy.
