PURPOSE: A distributing board is provided to confirm an electric charge according to present power consumption by displaying an electric charge through an electric charge display device after computing an electric charge based on the amount of power. CONSTITUTION: An electric energy detection unit(210) detects consumed electric energy by a wattmeter. A controller(220) computes an electric charge according to consumed electric energy by using electric energy inputted from the electric energy detection unit. A display unit(230) displays an electric charge according to a current gradual advance kWh and electric energy by the control output of the controller. A setting unit(240) is composed of a plurality of function switches. The setting unit executes a function of selecting and setting a midnight electricity charge, an industrial electricity charge, and a conventional dwellings electric charge. An alarm part(250) outputs alarm by the output control from the controller during the predetermined time.
