The device to control relieve slot size of the cone crusher comprises a load sensing unit of the crushing cone connected to a crushing capacity sensor input, the input being connected to one input of the first function generator, the second input being connected to the sensor of mechanical-and-physical material properties and its output is connected through nonlinearity block to one comparing element input, the second input being connected through the second function generator to a adjustment ring position sensor and the output is connected to the second adjustment ring control unit input, one of inputs being connected to the sensor setting a adjustment ring position. The mechanical-and-physical properties analyzer is connected to the first function generator input through a commutation switch and the analyzer consists of two sources and two electromagnetic emission sensors installed over a conveyor unit feeding the crusher. |
