Rotary viscosimeter that has arranged coaxially vessel for medium under investigation with bottom section arranged as cylindrical lug, outer measuring cylinder arranged with radial openings, inner measuring cylinder connected to system for measurement of torque, at that outer measuring cylinder is arranged as connected to rotary drive, over the inner measuring cylinder hollow cylinder is installed, its outer diameter is made equal to diameter of inner measuring cylinder, at that the lower edges of radial openings provided on the outer measuring cylinder are arranged as placed above the upper edge of the inner measuring cylinder. Besides that additionally it has temperature indicators placed in the upper and the lower parts of the vessel for medium under investigation that are electrically connected to respective temperature indicators, and additionally it includes device for control of temperature arranged as outer contour of vessel for medium under investigation.
