PURPOSE: A tire puncture sealing device is provided to readily seal a tire puncture portion and enhance sealing performance. CONSTITUTION: A tire puncture sealing device comprises an elastic member(1) and a coupler(2). The elastic member comprises a penetration portion(11), an extension(13) and an end projection(14). The penetration is formed in a conical shape to easily enter a puncture portion. The extension is formed in a cylinder shape to directly close the puncture portion. The end projection is connected to the inside of a tire to prevent the separation of the elastic member. The coupler is formed in a hollow tube type to enable the extension to be inserted. The coupler rotates a rotating portion(22) to rotate a screw thread(21) to enter the inside of the tire.
