A freezing out desalting unit comprises evaporator-crystallizer in a form of vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger, column for the growth and washing of ice crystals, condenser-melter, recuperative heat exchanger, pumps, and also cooling plant. The cooling plant consists of evaporator, compressor, condenser and additional condenser, regenerative heat exchanger, receiver and thermostatic expansion valves. In tubes of the evaporator-crystallizer rotating scroll centrifuges are fixed, equipped with drive. The evaporator-crystallizer is built in the column for the growth and washing of ice crystals. Additionally the evaporator-crystallizer comprises cooler of the influent water, consisting of tubular shafts of scroll centrifuges. The scroll centrifuges are placed on bearings in the lower and upper collectors, corresponding to the inlet and the outlet of the influent water. The invention provides reduction of the heat-exchange surface of the evaporator-crystallizer by means of increasing of the heat-exchange in its tubes. |
