PURPOSE: An all-season auxiliary heat exchanger of heating and cooling equipment is provided to reduce power consumption by lowering the temperature of air provided to the indoor using cooling water through a cooling water pipe. CONSTITUTION: An all-season auxiliary heat exchanger of heating and cooling equipment comprises a plurality of metal plates with certain pitch. A blocking plate is installed between the adjacent metal plates to form two intersecting flow paths. Exterior air passing through a heat exchanger(7) flows in and discharges out through one of the flow paths. A cooling water supply pipe(20) connected to a tap water pipe is installed in an inlet of the other flow path. A branch(21) with a plurality of supply holes is installed in the cooling water supply pipe to provide cooling water to the other flow path. A hot water supply pipe is connected to the cooling water supply pipe. A support plate is installed separate from the other flow path. A drain pipe(22) is installed in the support plate to discharge the cooling water passing through the other flow path.
