PURPOSE: A device for locking a tray for a vehicle is provided to prevent defects on the exterior of a tray housing by mounting a locking member inside the device for locking a tray. CONSTITUTION: A device for locking a tray for a vehicle comprises a tray housing(20), a turning member(40), a locking unit(50), and first and second springs(60,70). The tray housing is built in a car body to be opened and closed. The tray housing has a groove unit(22) on the rear side. The turning member is connected with the bottom surface of a knob and rotates around a first hinge shaft. The locking unit corresponds to the groove unit. The first spring connects a second hinge shaft to the rear side of the tray housing.
