PURPOSE: A pouching device which a thermal compressing unit is provided to increase a production speed by preventing the deformation of a thermal lamination film due to high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A pouching device comprises a thermal compressing unit. The thermal compressing unit comprises a mold plate(200), a heater board(300), a taping force support block, and a sliding unit(400). The mold plate pressurizes the film in a predetermined shape. The heater board supplies heat. The taping force support block fixes the heater board on the fixed location. The taping force support block is connected to the sliding unit via a sliding shaft. A hydraulic cylinder supplying the power for a longitudinal reciprocating motion is installed on the sliding unit.
