FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method and device are proposed for recycling of tyres in order to produce largest yield of carbohydrates used as fuel. Method for recycling of worn tyres includes preheating, stage of pyrolysis, condensation of gaseous products. Preheating of tyres and their pyrolysis are carried out inside one sealed technological volume in oxygen-free medium. Pyrolysis is carried out in a special pyrolysis reactor with a central narrow channel, where actors of pyrolysis are hot gases, infrared radiation of channel walls and controlled volume of reducing gases, temperature of which is controlled by electric spiral heaters prior to their supply into pyrolysis reactor. Burnt metal cord is supplied into receiving-locking horn of pyrolysis reactor and are further sent to installation for separation of carbonic residue from metal cord, where carbonic residue and metal cord are separated into various hoppers. Gases that contain non-condensed carbohydrates after going through refrigerator are again sent to furnace plant, then to pyrolysis reactor and refrigerator, thus completing closed cycle without exhaust of hazardous substances into atmosphere. ^ EFFECT: provision of possibility to maintain fully controlled economically feasible process of recycling of large number of tyres without environment pollution. ^ 3 cl, 8 dwg |
