FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of bioproduct, for instance starch-containing one, and is intended for use in processing industries of agro-industrial complex. Method for extrusion of bioproduct consists in bioproduct processing by shift between body and channel of auger with flanges. Distinctive feature of the stated method consists in the fact that bioproduct flow is arranged between flange and body of extruder, at the same time bioproduct between flange and body is exposed by load of shift due to selection of gap geometry, which is 2.5-10 times higher than in auger channel. In order to realise the method, extruder is proposed, which comprises body, single-turn auger with flange, at the same time auger along external diametre is arranged less than diametre of extruder body by 0.050.15 h, where h is auger thread depth. A version of extruder design is also proposed, in which at the middle section of auger there are flanges arranged by 1/31/4 of its length with flat in the form of flange cut along chords by value of 0.050.15 h of outer flange diametre, at the same time at neighbouring flanges flats are arranged as diametrically opposite. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to improve nutrition value of bioproduct. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
