FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes hot flat-and-edge rolling of ingot. Full compliance of finished strip with requirements of standard by geometrical indices, accuracy of profile, electrotechnical characteristics and mechanical properties is provided by the fact that flat-and-edge rolling is used to produce flat work of rectangular cross section for drawing in bundles, multiple bundle drawing of produced ingot is carried out to obtain finished strip of high accuracy profile at a single-turn drum drawing mill with intermediate anneals after each drawing stage and final softening anneal of finished strip, besides in process of hot flat-and-edge rolling they use ribbed channels, in which concave shape is given to small faces of intermediate ingot. ^ EFFECT: improved consumer properties and reduced cost of strips production from nichrome and similar alloys intended for manufacturing of heating elements and elements of resistance. |
