FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used in abdominal operations to approach an operation area. A device contains an L-shaped arm support, an L-shaped frame, a lantern wheel mechanism, a pull-out hook and sliding bars to fasten retractors. The hook is placed in a crosspiece and used to fasten to an aperture of the lift retractor. The L-shaped arm support can interact with the lantern wheel mechanism. The lantern wheel mechanism, L-shaped arm support and L-shaped frame are designed to choose their attaching points to an operating table. Adjustable attachment of the L-shaped frame or the L-shaped arm support to the operating table with the crosspiece keeps the device from turning over in a horizontal plane. The sliding bars to fastening the retractors are fixed in hollows at external end faces of the L-shaped frame and L-shaped arm support. ^ EFFECT: possibility to reduce dissection of a wound with approaching an operation area by stretching the wound edges; reduced participation of assistants; reduced injuries of the patient; faster the installation and possibility of intraoperative correction of the approach to the operation area. ^ 2 cl, 9 dwg |
