FIELD: testing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to testing equipment for railway transport. Device for inspection of cargo fixtures reliability in railway car comprises metal truss (1) with rail track (10) in upper part, which rests with its ends onto wheels (6) with braking devices (11), rolling along circular rail track (8), equipped with driving mechanism for its rotation around its vertical axis. As driving mechanism they use two oppositely directed pneumatic cylinders. On circular rail track they install stops (4) arranged in the form of step-bearings equipped with springs, which have been previously compressed by bolt joints. Truss (1) with railcar braked down on it is speeded up along circular rail track till angular acceleration of at least 12.82 rad/s2. Whenever truss collides with stop (4), transverse forces that occur are perceived by cargo fixtures in car for their inspection. ^ EFFECT: invention reduces material, time and power expenditures, simplifies process of testing. ^ 2 dwg |
