摘要 FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical and power industry. According to invention, there carried out is steam catalytic conversion of natural gas to synthesis gas which is directed from the outlet of tube furnace to utilise kinetic and heat energy to gas turbine 15 with electric power generator 16. Synthesis gas is also directed from gas turbine outlet to recovery boiler 17 of heat energy of synthesis gas, and then - to reactor 18 of steam catalytic conversion of carbon oxide to hydrogen and dioxide of carbon, which are divided into hydrogen and dioxide of carbon in short-cycle adsorption unit 19. The obtained hydrogen is directed to zones of external heating of reaction tubes of tube furnace 6, as well as to hydrogen-oxygen burners of hydrogen superheaters 21, 22, 23, thus providing stoichiometric ratio of hydrogen and oxygen, which during burning form steam with temperature of 2800C, which enters hydrogen superheaters. In the first hydrogen superheater 21 high-temperature steam is mixed with superheated steam, then from the first hydrogen superheater the mixed high-temperature steam is supplied to the inlet of the first steam turbine 24, steam from the outlet of the first steam turbine is supplied to the inlet of the second hydrogen superheater 22, and after it is mixed with high-temperature steam in the second hydrogen superheater - to the inlet of the second steam turbine 25, then superheated steam is supplied from the outlet of the second steam turbine to the inlet of the third hydrogen superheater 23, and after it is mixed with high-temperature steam of the third hydrogen superheater, it is directed to the inlet of the third steam turbine 26. From the outlet of the third steam turbine the superheated steam is supplied to recovery boiler of heat energy 27, in which the steam is condensed so that water is obtained and supplied to heat supply system 28, to recovery boiler 17 of heat energy of synthesis gas, and also to superheated steam supply distributor-control 7. To heat exchanger 3 there fed is natural gas together with superheated steam before it is supplied to reaction tubes with catalyser of tube furnace 6. Carbon dioxide leaving the outlet of short-cycle adsorption unit 19 is fed to electric reformer 30 and subject to steam conversion on catalysers from nickel, cobalt or ruthenium when electric energy is supplied from generator 16 of gas turbine. Methane obtained during steam conversion of carbon dioxide is supplied to distributor-control 4 of natural gas supplied to reaction tubes of tube furnace. At that, oxygen obtained during steam conversion of carbon dioxide is supplied to the first inlet to oxygen supply distributor-control 11, to the second inlet of which there supplied is missing oxygen part from air separator 31 into oxygen and nitrogen, and from the outlet of distributor-control 11 oxygen is supplied to the inlet of hydrogen-oxygen burners of hydrogen superheaters 21, 22, 23 and to zones of external heating of reaction tubes of tube furnace 6. ^ EFFECT: inventions allow increasing the process effectiveness. ^ 1 dwg, 2 cl
