FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises turning lathe having working spindle and opposite holder arranged coaxially to axis of working spindle rotation for clamping of stock along axis, tool base arranged with the possibility of displacement versus stock and comprising multifunctional holder of tool installed with the possibility of rotation versus axis parallel to axis of working spindle and arranged with the possibility to clamp at least one tool, body of tool with milling head arranged with the possibility to move relative to stock. At the same time milling head is equipped with a set of mills and is arranged with the possibility of rotation relative to axis arranged at the angle to axis of working spindle. Device comprises controller intended for control of various processes of displacement to first bore the stock with the help of tool installed on multifunctional holder of tool, and then to cut teeth with the help of milling head. ^ EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of conical geared wheels. ^ 10 cl, 3 dwg |
