PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing flatfish feed is provided to reduce a death rate of flatfish and improve growth speed of the flatfish by making the flatfish feed capable of enhancing immunity while facilitating growth of fish. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing flatfish feed comprises the following steps: heating live food with seed culture consisting Voltibank C, Baccillus sp, and Streptomyes sp.; fermenting a heated live food mixture until the heated live food mixture become organic acid; and manufacturing the fermented feed to pellets. A temperature of a fermentation chamber(4) in a fermentation condition is 80~95°C and pH 3.5 or less. The content of Voltibank C is 0.1~0.5 weight based on the content of the live food.
