PURPOSE: A contrast medium for cancer diagnosis containing amphiphilic hyaluronic acid complex nanoparticle is provided to form nano self-aggregates and easily accumulate in cancer tisse. CONSTITUTION: A contrast medium for cancer diagnosis containing amphiphilic hyaluronic acid complex nanoparticle is prepared by binding near infrared ray fluorescence to amphiphilic hyaluronic acid. The near infrared ray fluorescence is cyanine, fluorescein, tetramethylrhodamine, BODIPY, or Alexa. The contrast medium for cancer diagnosis further contains radioactive isotope, quantum dot, or MRI contrast medium.
