PURPOSE: A ventilator integrated with a power damper is provided to integrally and electrically control a ventilator and a power damper in one control box, and to conveniently install and manage the ventilator. CONSTITUTION: A ventilator integrated with a power damper comprises a ventilator(F) and power dampers(D). The ventilator has a case(1), a circulating pipe(4), and an exhaust pipe(5). The circulating pipe is located in one side of the case, and the exhaust pipe is located in the other side. Mounting units(5f) are formed in both sides of the case. The damper pipes(6) of the power dampers are connected to the circulating pipe and the exhaust pipe, respectively. Mounting pieces(6f) of the damper pipes are installed in the mounting units of the case.
