The device has a piston (5) sliding in a tank along a longitudinal axis of the tank to modify a relative volume of a pressurization chamber (A) and a chamber (B). The chamber (B) is filled with fluid and has an ejection orifice closed by a distribution cap (16) so that the fluid is ejected from the tank via the orifice under translation effect of the element and opening effect of the cap. A gas generator (7) modifies pressure in the chamber (A) to provoke translation of the piston. The chamber (A) has a sock (50) sealingly separating interior of the chamber (A) from the walls.
