PURPOSE: A mixing and fermenting apparatus for manufacturing feed and compost and an impeller therefor are provided to manufacture the high quality feed and compost under optimized fermenting conditions, and to improve compacibility of raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) includes an inlet part(11) and an outlet part(21) discharging manufactured materials to the outside. An impeller(20) agitates raw materials by rotation of a main body, and combined to a rotary shaft with a connection bar. A discharge screw(15) discharges the raw materials to the outlet part of the discharge part by rotating a discharge motor(50). A heater(30) ferments the raw materials by heating the inside the main body. A cooling device(40) is used for maintaining proper fermentation temperature of the main body by supplying cold wind to an inner side of the main body. |
