The device has a waterproof jacket (1) connected to a lower part of a sleeping bag (2) that is folded in a dorsal part between a polar jacket and the waterproof jacket. A lower tubular portion of the waterproof jacket includes a closure (4) that is matched with another closure (5) of an upper tubular portion of the sleeping bag to realize a single piece with a folding point located at bottom of the waterproof jacket at level of the closures when the device is in an anorak position. A third closure (11) disassociates the waterproof jacket from the polar jacket.
