PURPOSE: An RF modulator is provided to ensure simple assembly and excellent processability and to reduce a mount area by decreasing a size. CONSTITUTION: A main body member(110) has an opened side and an accommodation space thereinside. A substrate unit(130) is installed in the accommodation space. A connector(120) is perpendicularly installed on the substrate and receives external signal. A signal transmitting unit(140) is installed in the main body member in order to be electrically connected to the substrate and transmits RF signal converted at the substrate. A body cover(150) is installed on the opened side.
