The holder (10) has fins inserted within a slotted bar (3) and maintaining the holder, where the holder has a shape adaptable to a tip (2) of a post (1) for permitting handling of the holder from a poster changing bottom position to a display top position and vice versa. The fins project over a width of a top edge of the holder, where the holder is formed by a folded transparent plastic sheet. The fins include a width lower than an interior width of the bar and higher than a slot of the bar. Flanges are respectively located under the fins to form lower openings.
