PURPOSE: A disc transportable tube reactor and a heat reclamation recycling system are provided to prevent a residue generated from the pyrolysis from being laminated, and to use non-condensed oil vapor, oil and carbon black as an energy source. CONSTITUTION: A disc transportable tube reactor(100) comprises a heating tube(110), a first convey tube(120), a second convey tube(130), a driving unit(140), a driven unit(150), a chain(160) and a disc(170). An inlet(112) and an outlet(114) is formed on both ends of the heating tube. An feed hopper(122) to insert a waste tire chip to one end of the first convey tube. A driving sprocket(142) and a driving motor(144) to drive the driving sprocket is formed in the inside of the driving unit. A driven sprocket(152) and a discharging hole(154) to discharge pyrolysis carbon black is formed in the driven unit. |
