PURPOSE: A pile construction method using a hollow foundation pile and a double closing steel pipe is provided to minimize waste materials of a steel pipe pile, and to improve resistance to bending moment and shearing force. CONSTITUTION: A pile construction method using a hollow foundation pile and a double closing steel pipe is as follows. Hollow foundation piles(110) are buried in the ground, and the top ends(110a) are exposed. Double closing steel pipes(120) are fitted into the foundation piles to reinforce the top ends of the foundation piles. A gap between the inner surface of the foundation piles and the outer surface of the double closing steel pipes is filled with expansion concrete(M).
