<p>The device has a resonator (22) staying in connection with a compensation tank (21) by using a connecting tube (23), and an outlet valve (30) provided at a connection channel (13). The connection channel connects the tank with the resonator and defines a channel that is separated from the connecting tube. The outlet valve brings and/or blocks the connection channel in a communication condition. The outlet valve opens the connection channel when the pressure developed in the resonator is greater than or equal to the pressure developed in the tank.</p> |
