PURPOSE: A suspension system of a bathroom ventilator is provided to be held on a ceiling slab with a wire which is fixed on a bracket. CONSTITUTION: A suspension system of a bathroom ventilator comprises a suspension member(A) and a wire fixing member. The suspension member comprises a supporting screw rod(1), a bracket(2), and a plurality of wires(3). The supporting screw rod is perpendicularly combined in an upper side concrete slab of the bathroom ceiling. The bracket has a screwnut and a fixing nut which is combined in the supporting screw rod. The wire is inserted to a through hole formed on the flange of the bracket. A wedge screw hole has a wedge of conical shape. When a fastening screw is coupled in the wedge screw hole, the conical wedge becomes apart toward outside and presses the through hole, and then fixes the wire rod which is inserted to the insertion hole.
