UPPER PANEL OF FABRICATED TANK

PURPOSE: An upper panel of a fabricated tank is provided to prevent the corrosion of a synthetic resin plate which is welded inside a stainless flange, to facilitate maintenance of the tank, and to extend the lifetime of the tank. CONSTITUTION: An upper panel(100) of a fabricated tank comprises: a flange(110) in which a synthetic resin plate and finishing materials are welded on the inner surface of the flange; the synthetic resin plate(120) which is welded on the inner surface of the flange in order to prevent the corrosion due to hydrochloric acid gas; the finishing material(130) which is welded in the flange inner surface while being separated from the synthetic resin plate; a heat insulator which is filled between the synthetic resin plate and the finishing material; a reinforcing material(150) which is welded in the flange inner surface between the finishing material and the synthetic resin plate; and a support which is fixed to the inner surface of the flange and is perpendicularly installed on a bottom plate of the tank.
