When a wearer sweats, the sweat penetrates the antibacterial-containing polymer coating part (31) through the liquid-permeating sheet (17). The antibacterial contained in the antibacterial-containing polymer coating part (31) then comes into the sweat to inhibit the propagation of Staphylococcus epidermidis.
