The device has a self-supporting PVC tank provided with four male junction sleeves on a bottom surface, four female junction sleeves on a top surface and three male or female junction sleeves on a side surface of the tank. The sleeves allow addition of multiple tanks with the PVC tank in horizontal and vertical planes to increase storage capacity of the device. The sleeves are pierced during their fabrication. Internal membranes are arranged inside the PVC tank.
