PURPOSE: A paint melting device for painting a road is provided to prevent properties of paint from being changed by appropriately heating the paint in a container. CONSTITUTION: A paint melting device for painting a road comprises a container, a burner(12), a cover, and a stirrer(14). The container is composed of a dual structure filled with oil(20) between the inner wall and the outer wall. The burner is arranged in the bottom of the container, and heats the oil using gas. The cover is installed on the top of the container to be opened and closed. The stirrer is vertically installed in the inner side of the cover, and prevents paint from being overheated.
