PURPOSE: Grain syrup and grain jelly containing plant extract and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the grain syrup and the grain jelly having different colors and flavors, and to improve beneficial components in the grain syrup and the grain jelly. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of grain syrup and grain jelly includes the following steps: making hard-boiled rice by boiling grains(S100); making malt water processed with barley or wheat; mixing and aging the malt water and the hard-boiled rice; extracting the mixed and aged malt water and the hard-boiled rice; making plant extract by extracting plants; manufacturing the grain syrup by aging the malt water, the hard-boiled rice extract and the plant extract for 6 ~ 24 hours; making black taffy by concentrating the grain syrup; and processing the black taffy to various sizes and shapes. The plants are red ginseng, ginseng, black garlic, Platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata root, lotus leaf, Rubus idaeus, mulberry fruit, onion, and Curcuma longa etc.
