PURPOSE: A method for navigating a vehicle and a system thereof are provided to accurately and efficiently transfer schedule information to a user when the user boards a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A method for navigating a vehicle is as follows. It is determined whether an event for notifying a user of schedule information is generated. When the event is generated, a navigation system receives the schedule information(S23). When a planned schedule is in the schedule information, the navigation system notifies a user of the schedule(S25).
