<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate generation of a control pattern of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor control device includes: a touch panel 10 that outputs data (x, y) on a touch operation position on a touch panel surface 10a; a display unit 12 that includes a display screen placed under the touch panel surface 10a and presents a touch operation trajectory 10b to a user; and CPU 9. The CPU converts touch operation position data (x, y) that varies with the progress of the touch operation trajectory 10b on the touch panel surface 10a into motor control data (t, rpm), where t is the time that lapses after start of a motor; and rpm is the number of motor revolutions when time t has passed after start of the motor.
