<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary increase in traffic in storage of print histories. <P>SOLUTION: In a multifunction machine 2, on and after a print job is received (s110), print logs showing the history of printing based on the print job can be supplied and stored on a management server 3 side (s150-s180) according to a storage frequency determined with respect to an instruction client which instructs execution of the printing (s114). Thus, the print logs can be supplied to an external storage device at different storage frequency according to the instruction client which instructs execution of the printing based on the print job.
