<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attaching structure for a heat-insulating panel, capable of shortening an execution period and capable of reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-insulating panel 1 is formed by filling a heat-insulating material 13 between two metal outer skins 11, 12. The plurality of heat-insulating panels 1, 1, etc. is erected adjacently along a horizontal direction. Upper parts of the adjacent heat-insulating panels 1, 1 are connected by an upper frame material 2, and lower parts of the adjacent heat-insulating panels 1, 1 are connected by a lower frame material 3.
