<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely store an article at the inside of a cabin, if necessary, while ensuring the number of occupants capable of getting into a vehicle without impairing habitation environment of the occupant sitting on a rear row seat. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle, a pair of right and left front row seats comprising a driver's seat and a front passenger seat are arranged on a floor panel 2 of the cabin 1 in parallel, and a pair of right and left rear row seats are arranged behind the front row seats in parallel. On one side in a vehicle width direction of a tunnel part 8 installed on a central part in a vehicle width direction of the floor panel 2, a first floor panel side part 9 becoming an installation part of the first rear row seat 5 is arranged, and the other side in the vehicle width direction of the tunnel part 8, a second floor panel side part 10 becoming an installation part of the second rear row seat 6 is arranged, and the second floor panel side part 10 is arranged below the first floor panel side part 9.
