PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin film having low volume resistivity, high mechanical strengths such as tear strength, and high resistance to electrolytes containing an organic solvent. SOLUTION: This conductive resin film includes (1) 100 pts.mass of a resin component which contains (a) 90-100 mass% of a cyclic olefinic resin and (b) 10-0 mass% of a hydrogenated product of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer, (2) 15-50 pts.mass of a conductive filler, and (3) 5-40 pts.mass of a glass fiber.
