PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variably control the temperature of an object to be measured and to measure the distribution of a magnetic field generated around the object that is brought to the preset temperature. SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring magnetic field distribution 1 includes a measuring instrument 2, a constant temperature tank 3, an actuator 4, a temperature sensor 13, and a controlling section. The measuring instrument 2 detects a magnetic flux with a magnetic sensor 11 to measure a magnetic field. The constant temperature tank 3 has a measuring chamber 21 containing an object to be measured 101 and a magnetic sensor 11, and a temperature adjusting section 22 for adjusting a temperature in the measuring chamber 21. The actuator 4 moves the magnetic sensor 11 in three dimensional directions. The controlling section controls the actuator 4 to move the magnetic sensor 11, and makes the distribution of the magnetic field generated around the object to be measured 101 to be measured, when the temperature of the object to be measured 101 detected by the temperature sensor 13 becomes the preset temperature.
