PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relative to dynamic bias canceling process in accordance with gain adjustment. SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus is provided with an acquisition means (10) for getting flood images and 3D-DA images, an image processing means (20) which subjects the flood images and the 3D-DA images to predetermined image processing and a 3D reconstitution means (30) which performs 3D reconstitution of the 3D-DA images by using the flood images and the 3D-DA images subjected to the image processing. In this case, the 3D reconstitution means (30) is provided with a means to which gain setting information of the flood images and the 3D-DA images is inputted respectively at the time of their acquisition from the acquisition means (10), a means which corrects the flood images on the basis of the gain setting information, and a means which performs bias canceling processing of the 3D-DA images by using the corrected flood images.
