<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay inspection device that enables accurate quality decision of a relay for an object for inspection, as well as, management of degradation tendency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The relay inspection device is provided with a relay-mounting part 4 mounting a relay as an inspection object; a power source part 5 supplying voltage to a relay RL mounted on the relay mounting part 4; a contact resistance measurement part 9 measuring resistance of a contact of the relay; a reference value database 17, where the reference values for each inspection item of the relay for inspection object and other similar relays are stored; and a control means 7 equipped with a decision part for deciding the quality of the relay, by comparing measured values stored in a storage part storing the measured values in the contact resistance measurement part 9 and the reference values in the reference value database 17.
